I made the mistake on a recent Friday of placing a takeout order with a Palm Beach Gardens restaurant from my office in West Palm Beach. This, of course, ended up being the day Interstate 95 was shut down right by my exit.
I arrived at Yin Can Cook about 45 minutes after my order was ready. Plastic bags had been tied tightly around each individual carton of Chinese food. When I finally got home ¿ yet another 30 minutes later ¿ the food was still warm, much to the delight of my family.
